Historical town in Normandy with a world famous cathedral, a "Horloge" (a historical clockwork) and charming architecture. From Rouen a visit to the rocky coast at Etrétat is a recommendation! The school is situated in the quarter St-Severin, a lively area at the other side of the Seine with many shops and places to eat. Per week there are 15 or 25 lessons in small groups, all year round. The school offers many activities after the lessons. For the DELF examinations there are preparation courses of 4 weeks. For business people there is a separate department where classes are given in mini groups and private lessons. On fixed dates there is a gourmet course with visits to producers of culinary specialties and to special restaurants. There also is a course of French and cuisine, with 3 cooking sessions in the afternoon. "La belle France" is a cultural program with 15 lessons and a variety of cultural activities in Rouen, a cooking afternoon and a farewell dinner. Accommodation in a host family or a studio (from private people or in a student residence). Hotel at request.
